What it is

Rush is a weekly sports pick contest. Every NFL week runs Weekly and Primetime contests, and Tickets are your entries. Every entry starts with the same 1,000 Stack. Spend it on any line on the Board: spreads, totals, props, parlays. Just like a real book. Highest profit when it settles takes the contest. Your results feed live standings and RIQ, a skill rating that tracks you week over week, season over season. No deposits, no purchases, no ads.

40 players proved the game works

Before the app existed, the original 40 played this format for 39 straight weeks. 78.8% came back every single week, losing weeks included, and the group held through the entire offseason. The lesson from that year: what kept everyone coming back wasn't the money, it was the standings and the week-long argument over them.

Season Zero: the first official season

• What you get: a free seat in an 8-week season with up to $3,575 in prizes. $100 to $300 to each week's winner, on the size of the Field: bigger Field, bigger prize. $25 every primetime night, two seats at an NFL game for the season champion.
• What it costs: nothing. No deposit, no card, nothing to buy in the app. Real prizes with no entry fees, for as long as the free seasons run.
• What you keep: everything. Your RIQ, your record, your OG Mark. Play 6 of 8 weeks and your name stays on the Season Zero page permanently.
• The cap: 150 seats. Season Zero happens once, and when the seats fill it closes.

Paid skill contests need state-by-state legal approval, and earning that takes real lawyers, real expense, and a real field of players to justify both. Free seasons are how we prove the field exists, and 150 seats is the first benchmark. Until those approvals are earned, and only where the law allows them, everything stays free: the contests, the prizes, all of it. More players means better Board coverage and more features.
